404 error you're seeing. 

If it does not resolve the issue, then it is recommended that you open an 
issue at the Issue Tracker 
 report with your

If you're seeing a 404 error, it means that the given URL 
(/web/crontest.php) is not accessible. Could you check your setup to 
confirm that /web/crontest.php can be accessed?
