Google Code - Access Not Allowed

2011-01-27 Thread Samet
Hi,

When I search some project on Google and try to go to projects Google Code
page, I see this if I loggen in Gmail:

What happened?

You are not allowed to access this service.

Please contact us if you believe that you should be able to access this
service. (This is a Google Group; what you write will be visible on the
 Internet.)

Your options:

Participate in the open source community through other websites.

Sign out and access this site as an anonymous user.

Contact us for further assistance.

If I logout and try again as an anonymous user, I can access to project.

Why? I've searched about this but found nothing. I think it is kind of a
problem related with authorizing Google accounts, but my question is here:
isn't it weird?

Is there a workaround to see Google Code projects without logging out
everytime?

Thanks,

How do I go about doing this?

The basics of hosting software on Project Hosting at Google Code are
explained over at http://code.google.com/p/support/wiki/FAQ (be sure to
notice that we don't actually offer public domain hosting except under
exceptional circumstances - you would be forced to choose some open source
license for your code).
Whatever disagreements might exist between you and Facebook I would
recommend discussing with an attorney licensed to practice in your

Looks like a really useful tool!

It looks like at some point in the past you were banned from our service for
abusive actions in the project adambilisimcallerid.

Is there a workaround to see Google Code projects without logging out

No.

2011-01-27 Thread Arthur Sabintsev
Hah grab it while you still can. I'm shutting it down tonight.

I have decided against public domain distribution, since I don't want to put
myself in a legal grey area.

Thanks for the email!

Migrate Account

2011-01-27 Thread Brig
I changed my google account from blamoreaux to bklamoreaux. However I
didn't add my new account to http://code.google.com/p/micromvc-asp/
Can you please make bklamoreaux the admin for the project.

Thanks.

I've restored your access.

Thanks in advance

Additional question: Can you please explain my fault?

I don't think I can - the behavior was years ago and the project has since
been wiped away.
