Only seen the issue on AnnotatedTimeLine - other charts I've tried have 
been OK.

I'm seeing the same issue with the Trendline graph (flash-based interactive 
line graph).  Oddly enough if I select Show Revisions the graph appears 
normally, but I still can't edit or delete it.

I think you mean the Trend/Time Line chart, which is the AnnotatedTimeLine

Having this same problem too. Only Time line charts seem to be affected.

I'm getting this error too. But...

So far it's only happening when I try to create a time line Trend chart 
based off Google Analytics. I think this has been going on for about 2 
weeks because existing Trend charts have not been displaying on google 
sites since last week. I tried creating a new chart based on the google 
analytics plug-in (the old ones were based on the Magic Script), but I am 
getting the Container height is zero. Expecting a valid height error.

Note that I *can* create a different kind of chart from this data, like a 
Line chart or Area chart.
