About ...\www\com.myapp.app\gwt\standard\images: It's not really generated - just copied from your src folder and it's ok that there is only one ie6 folder there. About DecoratedStackPanel lookint pretty ugly: There are small layout differences in different browsers. And decorated panel have had some problems in the past as far as i remeber. Smth. with not being able to handle %-size - set %-size of the internal widget instead. If that doesn't help try to simplify your layout until you find the problem. It should do it automatically.
