Due to some legacy software still in process of being migrated, we have a few 
Windows Server 2003 (i386) boxes about.
as you have already opened an issue ( 
https://github.com/Graylog2/collector-sidecar/issues/66 ) I did not need to ask 
for this

[graylog2] Problem using sidecar with Win2003

Due to some legacy software still in process of being migrated, we have a 
few Windows Server 2003 (i386) boxes about.

Installing sidecar goes without problem, but I am unable to start sidecar:

I've trawled the net and found a few references to similar issues in other 
software, but have not been able to identify possible resolutions for the 
missing uptime procedure yet.
