Dear Gromacs-users I need to compute the time profile of number of water away from a membrane center along z direction. However trjorder -nshell -r 0.6 will give me the number of waters along radial direction. there is an option in trjorder -z . but that just orders molecule along z. but does not let one calculate water number along z at a cutoff distance.
