Bug description:
  * Impact
  When a image is open in EOG and edited in a image editor (for example: Gimp), 
the image in EOG isn't refreshed.

  * Test case
  - open an image in eog
  - edit the same image with another software, e.g gimp or shotwell viewer
  - look if the eog version refresh on changes

  * Impact
  the change is in the file monitor code, just check the behaviour on external 
changes (replace the image, edit it, etc)

Hello antonioni, or anyone else affected,

Accepted eog into xenial-proposed. The package will build now and be
available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/eog/3.18.2-1ubuntu2 in
a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Please help us by testing this new package.  See
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to
enable and use -proposed.  Your feedback will aid us getting this update
out to other Ubuntu users.

mentioning the version of the package you tested, and change the tag
