Anyone know anything about this: https://www.xda-developers.com/oneplus-5t-launch-event-ticket-proceeds-f-droid/
The OnePlus 5T was officially unveiled today at an event in Brooklyn, New York. It offers a 6.01″ 18:9 Samsung-made OLED display along with top-tier hardware specifications including the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC and up to 8GBs of RAM and 128GBs of internal storage. Fans of OnePlus had the opportunity to see the unveiling live in person, provided they were willing to pay $40 for a ticket. Those who attended received a swag bag with lots of goodies inside. It’s rare for device unveiling events to be open to the public, and it’s also rare to see entry fees at these events. While unusual, the entry fee not only nets you a swag bag and a $40 off coupon for the OnePlus 5T, but it also goes to a good cause: funding F-Droid. I haven't heard a thing about this. I guess they like the new UI! .hc -- PGP fingerprint: EE66 20C7 136B 0D2C 456C 0A4D E9E2 8DEA 00AA 5556 https://pgp.mit.edu/pks/lookup?op=vindex&search=0xE9E28DEA00AA5556 _______________________________________________ List info: https://lists.mayfirst.org/mailman/listinfo/guardian-dev To unsubscribe, email: guardian-dev-unsubscr...@lists.mayfirst.org
