    gnu: docker: Allow setting host environment variables in 
oci-container-configuration.
    
    * gnu/services/docker.scm (oci-container-configuration)
    [host-environment]: New field;
    (oci-sanitize-host-environment): sanitize it;
    (oci-container-shepherd-service): use it.
    * doc/guix.texi: Document it.
