There is a trilogy by Len Deighton entitled "Berlin Game", "Mexico Set", and "London Match". Very LeCarre with moles, a spy they want to turn to their side, jumping from city to city, and family ties coldly used to manipulate everyone. They made a miniseries out of it with Ian Holm starring but I haven't seen it on DVD.
