Well, she did take it down! I also had sent her an email telling her to take it down and that I had reported her to Ebay. She hasn't responded to me at all. She has a different image now up - wonder if it belongs to her or not. I ran into this a while back with an eBay seller. I complained to eBay and sent full documentation of what the offender was doing and my site. They took the offender down within a week. I have yet to see them back on as a seller on eBay ever since. Do screen shots of everything, now. This is a Power seller, it may take a lot to get them to be sanctioned. That being said however, I can tell you that eBay has changed somewhat from the day that I did that. Things are different there now so it may not be as easy to get someone to listen to you.
