[h2] Connecting remotely to H2
Start h2 in server mode. Connect to the h2 server in java using the jdbc. Look at the url jdbc examples to connect to a server. Use normal jdbc to query the database. Had hoped to use H2. It would be nice if the jar was properly identified so it doesn't get excluded by (corporate) Mac security settings. I know I can fork and build it myself, but that doesn't scale to my team and means we are forever tracking H2 releases.
