Hi

I found some program called foobar200: http://www.foobar2000.org/download

it apheres to be an Audio Player but it also support DSP Plugins

So I found some video that someone was using HackRF FM Transmitter Plugin

but I couldn't find plugin

So anyone know anything about this??

As this is one step closer for Transmitting on Windows

No its not

SDR Console V2 is compatible too
And HDSDR too

Thanks to ExTIO Dll you can use other SDR Software too

But you still cant transmitt on Windows (why?)
