It is several kilometers from Horev Center, in the direction opposite to Merkaz Hacarmel. There is a lot of public transportation going this way, directed to the university. You need to get off at the entrance to the University. There is also a shuttle (monioyot, in a kav sherut) which goes near the entrance to the Technion (Newe Sha'anan side) directly to the University.
