It's in the charter that the Open Rights Group is asking
prospective euro candidates to sign. While it might have a very
specific meaning to people that talk about Internet governance to
most non-technical political candidates it's gonna look like a made
up word and they'll regard the whole charter as a joke.

You have to feed politicians with a very small spoon.

And preferably not in jargon/coined words. I am pretty well educated
and have no idea what multistakeholderism means, though I could
obviously guess, and have certainly not heard it. Moreover, I cannot
find it in a dictionary; not even Wiktionary, which is fairly up on
IT-isms (and yes, I coined that).

To convert the converted you can speak any jargon or coined language
you wish, and it will not put them off. But to convert others you
need, I would have thought, correct, correctly spelt, English.

Lisi
P.S. I'm impressed that you have read the charter, Bob.

It is important, though, in our supposedly enlightened society, not to
suffer from the ugly prejudice of being a Multistakeholderist (some of
my best friends are multistakeholders!)

I maintain a stakeholder management system for several separate entities.
should I complain if someone appears in two or more of these systems
simultaneously thereby being stakeholders of more than one of these
entities (multistakeholders)?
