I am looking for a good tutorial to help me truly understand how and why 
HAProxy works.

My Intent:


E.G:

server  server1 127.0.0.1:80 check

^^^
Understand options applicable to each section

-^^^
-Understand whether this is a "label" or an actual hostname

^^^
Understand how the system actually goes to IPs, gets 
information, if any, and what it does with it, if anything.

--Understand additional options beyond just 
check, and what "check" means.
