Chinese Endangered Rare Animals from China Radio

Yesterday on 16th of June, I received a nice detailed
QSL verification card depicting Floating Water
Lanterns on the Keelung River from Radio Taiwan
International for my email ([EMAIL PROTECTED] &
[EMAIL PROTECTED]) reception report on 7th of April 2007
from 1600-1700 UTC on the frequency of 11600 kHz of
their English language broadcast. 

The card also stating as follows: -
Floating water lanterns during the Ghost Festival is a
way of appeasing wandering spirits and calling on them
to join in a sacrificial ceremony.

impossible to copy.  Usual Ham wx net right on top of the freq.  (Valko 16

M anncr pgm host, soft Lgu, M again, then 1100 fanfare and diff. M w/ID and 
nx anmnt, and into nx read by W.  Not very strong and co-channel QRM.  (16 
June)

INDONESIA  9524.97  V.O.I., 1059 M in IN w/ske, mailing and e-mail 
addrs.  Sounded like it was in VT at 1104 check.  Fair and clear.  (16 June)

the English program Max signal on s2 < 5% of the time but 
signal is generally marginal in my headphone . Kuwait after 0750

a double or audio mixed  program. And a speaker saying  ‘this is 
the news bulleting coming from the Star Radio”  0743  talks bout
