[HCDX] Bolivia
Bolivia, 6155.30, Radio Fides, 0912-0930, Male with steady Spanish language comments. Heard the place name Santa Cruz often. Following the initial comments, the rest of the Spanish comments seemed to be political. Others join the commotion including a couple of females as the comments continued. Signal did not improve enough for ID, but remained poor. (Chuck Bolland, October 21, 2008) Bolivia, 6134.35, Radio Santa Cruz, 0927-0935 Noted a male in Spanish language news. Checked this just to make sure the above logging on 6155.30 wasn't actually this station Santa Cruz, and it wasn't. 5 en manana y 28 minutos. This was follow with music. Very good signal this morning. [HCDX] Colombian log
---[Start Commercial]- Order your WRTH 2008: http://www.hard-core-dx.com/redirect2.php?id=wrth2008 ---[End Commercial]--- Hard-Core-DX mailing list Hard-Core-DX@hard-core-dx.com http://montreal.kotalampi.com/mailman/listinfo/hard-core-dx http://www.hard-core-dx.com/ ___ THE INFORMATION IN THIS ARTICLE IS FREE. Varna heard at 01.08 on 20 Oct. with some pop and orchestral music, shipping news, and weather in Bulgarian. Several station Ids in a 30 minute period. Fair signals with moderate QSB 9870 INDIA, AIR Bengaluru (Bangalore) heard at 17.25 on 20 Oct. with subcontinental mx, station IDs and not much else between songs until s/off at 17.40. Site is also known as Vividh Bharati, and address includes the line: Super Power Transmitters! Listed as 500kW. Good signal but with some deep fading. 11786 INDONESIA, VoI, heard in Indonesian at 16:38 on 20 Oct. with really beautiful south seas music and DJ patter. Into AR program at 17.00. EiBi lists both programs an hour earlier. May be a change in schedule. Banging signal here but got progressively worse after 17.20. I'm kinda happy with Varna, and VoI was an interesting catch as well. It's been a few years since I have heard them. 73s de Al -- Message: 2 Date: Tue, 21 Oct 2008 13:48:39 +0530 (IST) From: sakthi vel [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: [HCDX] RNZI Short-wave Frequency Changes from Sun 19 October To: JSWC New HQ [EMAIL PROTECTED] Message-ID: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Content-Type: text/plain; charset=utf-8 From Sunday 19 October RNZI daytime frequencies to the Pacific are 15720 and 17675 kHz.
