Hei, Minulla on käytössäni Total Recorder Professional 7.1 (Build 3440). Tarkistin asiaa eteenpäin ja todellakin, tuolla Split määrityksissä kiinnitetään myös käytettävä File name generation rule. Tätä kautta tehtynä saa sen tiedoston tallennuksen alkuajan. Olen käyttänyt tätä ominaisuutta niin, että poistan puskurin käytöstä (jos se on päällä, tulee puskurin sisältö mukaan tiedostoon tallennusta käynnistettäessä ja silloinkin tiedostonimenä on tallennuksen alkuaika - tiedostonimi ei kerro todellista alkuaikaa) ja aloitan tallennuksen tasa-10-minuutilla. Split puolella päällä on 10min pilkontaehto, jolloin lopputuloksena tiedostonimissä on päivä-tunti-tasa-10min tarkkuus (+/- muutama sekunti kun käynnistäminen ei aina osu niin tarkkaan) ja tiedostoa toistettaessa Position tieto kertoo minuutit ja sekunnit. Näin toimimalla ei tarvitse paljoa laskeskella missä on menossa. Tuo edellä mainittu toimintatapa tekee 128 kbit/s, 44 100 Hz, Stereo asetuksella DX-kuunteluun laadukasta ääntä ja käyttää 9Mb/10min (1296Mb/vrk). Tämä taas mahdollistaa sen, että tallennus on päällä koko peditionin ajan (kuten VJR jo kertoikin). Näin ei tarvitse olla koko ajan käynnistämässä tallennusta vaan voi keskittyä kuunteluun ja lokikirjan täyttämiseen.
