Olen kuullut aikoinaan Levirassa työskennelleeltä insinööriltä, että Tallinnassakin oli tapaus jossa oli hankittu lupa taajuudelle 108.0 MHz. Kun sitten lähetys alkoi, meni leveä FM tietysti puoliksi yli bandirajan. Lupa paloi saman tien. Moi; Kummallista, luvanhan saa Viestintävirastolta muutamassa päivässä. Pyöritin kulttuuriradiota Radio Nocturnea viime kesänä parin päivän ajan ja lähettimenä oli samainen kiinalainen FM-lähetin, joka on todella aivan erinomainen. Antennin pystytti kajaanilainen Arto Moilanen Paltaniemen Eino Leino -talolle, kuuluvuussäde oli 20 km poislukien muutamat mäkien aiheuttamat varjoalueet. Taajuus oli Viestintäviraston antama 88.00 MHz. Tekijänoikeusbyrokratian ja mahdollisten maksujen takia en tänä kesänä vaivaudu asemaa pystyttämään. ST-15B näyttää olevan melkoisen edullinen hinnaltaan. Se siis täyttää tekniset vaatimukset, joita Viestintävirasto asettaa laitteelle ennen kuin voi myöntää toimiluvan? Lieneekö muutaman päivän tapahtumaradion lupa kallis? Ovatko olettamani oikeita? * r0 ja r01 ovat heijastimet, jotka tulevat taakse, kaksi ylös ja kaksi alas? * r2 on se keskimmäinen * Noita positioita (reflector positions) en oikein ymmärrä. Mikäli se, että viestintävirasto hyväksyy ST-15B ja vastaavien Kiinalaisten, ilman minkäänlaista valmistajan vakuutusta ja ilman asianmukaista dokumentaatiota olevat lähettimet, pitäisi muuttaa elektroniikkatuotteiden kauppaa Suomessa siten, että myös EU direktiiveistä poikkeavien tuotteitten myynti olisi oltava sallittua, jotta Suomessa tai muualla EU alueella toimiva kauppias joudu syrjittyyn asemaan. Käytännössä, Eurooppalaiset vaatimukset täyttävä 15W lähetin maksaa jopa kymmenen kertaa Kiinalaiseen nähden siksi, että se mukana tulee tarvittavat asiakirjat, pakkaus ja laitteesta löytyy tarvittavat merkinnät. Itseäni kiinnostaisi se asiakirja, johonka Viestintävirasto on merkinnyt hyväksyvänsä ST-15B lähettimen, yleisradiolähettimenä käytettäväksi Suomessa. Voitko Simo lähettää siitä kopion? UNID 13800.003 In 1400-1430 UT slot on June 24 noted a S=8 signal carrier, WITHOUT AUDIO, seemingly from Somaliland transmitter parked here. Similar S=9+10dB signal parked on 13768.000 kHz at 1423 UT, looks like a VoTibet Yangi Yul-TJK signal on these 2. 3., 7., or 8. kHz odd signals ?? SAUDI ARABIA 13774.964 BSKSA Riyadh's Urdu language sce in 1200-1457 UT time range, S=9+15dB sidelobe signal into southern Germany. 1428 UT June 24. 73 wb SOMALIA Radio Puntland 13800 kHz heard in Italy [1 Attachment 6 mins]. Radio Puntland on 13800 kHz, heard in Taranto (South of Italy) on 23rd June 2015, from 1423 to 1537 UT when it signed off abruptly. The programme was most in Somali but at 1457 UT there was some kind of announcement in English. Not an ID rather it sounded like commercials with some African cities and internet website mentioned. Reception conditions fair, no QRM, some fading. At 1700 UT there was what it seemed to be an extended bulletin of news. The voice of speaker in the studio was loud and clear but spoken reports from outdoor were very poor. Here is a log about Radio Puntland. At 1457 UT there was an announcement in English. Not an ID but rather some kind of commercials with a number of African cities mentioned and a website. I enclose a short recording of the station which include that English announcement. To fully understand what is exactly said in that announcement is a little bit hard to me but I guess it would be easier for you whose mother tongue is English. So I am attaching a file with mp3 extension with a short recording of Radio Puntland which includes that English announcement. Unfortunately I was not able to catch any announcement in Italian ;-). Putkien taivutuksessa toimii vahvemmille putkille alumiinisten sähköputkien taivutusjouset. Nillä ei kuitenkaan voi tehdä kovin jyrkkiä mutkia. Suosittelen ohuempien putkien ja vahvempienkin taivutuksiin esim. taittodipolijuttuihin tasan oikean kokoisen taivutusvälineen hankintaa ja varmuuden vuoksi vielä täyttämistä hienolla hiekalla tulpat päihin laittaen niin varmasti onnistuu.
