Here`s the answer to my recollexion of something like this before: ``Checking my log book, I had a logging on 20 April 2014 from 0400 to 0500 UT on 7570 kHz of STF Radio International. Apparently, 10 // frequencies at 100 kW were to be used and was IDed as a "1-hour million-watt special." I have a note that the program did not go out on three of the planned frequencies.
