Heard here this morning on 15740 beginning at 1400 UT. Good signal. Latest HFCC data now lists this as 1400-1500 Mon-Fri, tho BBC website still says 1300-1500. So I still wonder how in the world they pronounce Axumite. Obviously
this is pro-Tigray; site on 15340? Not in HFCC or EiBi, while Aoki
shows a Tig cland just before this which was not to be heard:

April 12 at 2230 on WRMI 9955: sometimes over, sometimes under heavy
Cuban jamming, adding up to S9+30. Let no one ever criticise me for
hostility toward never-jammed RHC, since Cuba has no cause to jam my
English DX broadcasts, even out of stupidity. There is hardly any
exile programming on 9955, except for R. Libertad at 2300-2400 M-F but
