RECEIVER PROBLEMS: my main rx, Icom R75, originally ``instant-on``, began taking up to a minute to warm up several months ago and this has increased little by little, so that now it takes almost 3 minutes. By warm-up, I mean fully tunable. It seems to be receiving signals without much delay; it`s the audio output to speaker or phones which lags. I fear this may get worse and worse. Now am tempted to leave it on for hours between sessions, but not sure which would be worse: more on-and-off, or protracted on without use. Other annoying problem is tendency of frequency keypad to bring up not only the one I punch, but an adjacent number; or sometimes Enter before I am quite finished. Any advice?
