  from 05 UT towards 59degr central and east Asia path
  via arctic Alaska into southern US Yankee states like OK.

15530 is 5-8 UT towards western central Europe
 (and further into New England WBCQ Land, hi)

15540 DRM mode encoded (ex 11970 kHz), is usual UTC afternoon 16-21 UT
instead.
{ The engineer at Kuwait was a little indolent today, to switch over ? }

ON 15510 at least since 1145  with very clear signal ,no CNR  QRM and nearly 
zero bad packets.Near FM reception. Mostly talks with short timed music, 1120 
ID idaatu dowlet Kuwait  then discussions by two YLs and  OM seems mostly about 
the war(?)

One of the very rare so clear signals: DRM-B, SNR 17.v db , FAC 25.3 db, MSC 
23.4 ,AAC, 48kbit .P-stereo  17.46 bit-rate 99+% good frames full info as in 
the photo attache in case you can receive it

[HCDX] Kuwait 13650 ?

KUWAIT   9750 / 11630 / 21540  Nothing noted June 26 at 1235 UT on 13650
kHz. Paul in Austria told me yesterday, that he heard R Kuwait on 13650 kHz
around 13-15 UT, despite scheduled later in time span only 18-21 UT on that
channel.

Today June 26 at 1239 UT heard Arabic program of R Kuwait on 9750 fluttery
S=8 to peak at S=9+10dB, and same program // 21540 noted up to S=9+25dB, but
also hit by co-channel REE Noblejas in Sp {Amigos de la O.C. dx px in
Spanish was in progress with RNW financial problems item}, here in central
Europe at S=8 level.

Another different R Kuwait "HOLY QURAN" program in Arabic heard at same time 
12-13 UT on 11630 kHz. Latter well ahead of CNR1 Lingshi in Chinese on same 
channel.


13650 - today at 1315 UT heard only CRI Urumchi with powerhouse S=9+20dB.

[HCDX] Kuwait and REE in 21540 khz

21540 21/Apr 1251 A collision between the Radio Kuwait and REE, from my
listening post. Both come with almost the same signal.  Slight predominance
of Radio Kuwait during the time of my listening. Probably the collision is
present in Africa, affecting the transmission of REE. Strong signal (Jorge

Hi,

yesterday evening no trace of Oman on 15355, which should be towards Europe.
Furtermore Kuwait was noted with a strong signal on 9880, instead of 9855,
parallel to 15495, after 22 UTC. Kuwait on 9880 covered CRI-English
co-channel, which is also to Europe via Taldom,Russia.
Does anybody have some current information about Radio Kuwait, their
schedule or if they, in their high-tech world, have managed to open a useful
website? www.moinfo.gov.kw has apparently completely been shut down,
www.radiokuwait.org only has news-on-demand, emails have always remained unanswered 
(as have
normal letters, btw)

of the relay station manager of the VOA in Kuwait city?
I have some QSL's direct from VOA relay
