As I pointed out elsewhere, this transmitter is very likely the same as on 7200
after 1900. Today, modulation is better at least for the music bits. As

was 0500-0800 and 1400-1500, it could have been of course also via the same
transmitter - Sudan on 7200 was only observed 0230-0430v and ?-2200v recently.
Of course, VOSSRR might have been also via this transmitter. However I do not
remember reports of weak modulation for these transmissions.

the shortwave from Paraguay.
Is Radio Licemil, a experimental station from Liceo Militar Acosta Ñu (Army 
School). The station tx on March 15, between 1820-1900 UTC  1920-2050 UTC on 
12.000 KHZ with 25 watts. Programme with interview, etc.
Student´s greetings in spanish, guarani, english and portuguese.

[HCDX] New station on 756 kHz planned in Åland, Finland

[Mike Terry]

According to a website titled as Radio 756 AM  Sonnet Radio, a new
mediumwave station will be set up in the Åland Islands in southwestern
Finland. Radio 756 would be operating on 756 kHz with a power of 10
kilowatts. Also shortwave broadcasts are planned to cover the whole of
Europe.

[HCDX] New station on 9290 from Latvia this coming Sunday

Kiss Radio 9290 will go on the air for the very first time Sunday 11th
of July 2004 at 08-09 hours UTC on 9290 kHz via relay-facilities in

Dear Friend:

I have a favor to ask.  We are International Broadcasters who are 
considering utilizing a transmitter in Europe to broadcast to the 
people of India.  We have been allocated the following frequencies 
and times for our programming.  What we would like to know, of 
course, is if these frequencies at the designated times produce a 
good signal into India.

1430 - 1600 UTC on 17655 kHz
2330-0200 UTC on 9435 kHz
Any information that you can provide would be greatly 
appreciated.
