Keep an eye on the NOAA website that provides solar flux and geomagnetic index 
data:

http://www.swpc.noaa.gov/communities/radio-communications

If the magnetic field would quiet down for a day or so, with the solar flux 
remaining in the 80s, the signal might get better.

2009.  Weak signal, but modulation seems very good.  Pop mx and snippets of 
English.  Just before TOH, female anncr with what seemed to be a schedule of 
broadcasts.  Then into French, with ID just after TOH.  Signal level is
