Indonesia, 9680, RRI Jakarta, 1130-1145, Noted Jakarta here with music and hosting by a male and female in Indonesian language comments. Noting the display, I see two signals on or near this frequency. Jakarta seems to be on 9680.000 while a second station is on 9680.046 KHz. This could be vice versa, since it's difficult to separate the two. Also, I can only hear the audio from Jakarta regardless whether I detune to either frequency. The station on 9680.046 seems to be the stronger signal. I am tempted to assign the 9680.046 signal to Jakarta and the 9680 signal to the mystery station, but I know I'd be on the hot seat if I did. But you can, if you want? Sometimes the mystery station seems to fade in to threshold and it sounds like an Asian which probably would make Radio Tawian International the unidentifed station on 9680.046 KHz or as mentioned above, vice versa.
