Nice. Some of us are typing challenged, so the desktop icon is easier. Whatever works.  From: Joshua MacCraw Win 7 is simple as pasting "cmd.exe /c Cleanmgr /sageset:65535 /sagerun:65535" into search, ctrl-shift-enter to launch elevated.
