Thanks, Thane.  I am currently working with Createspace on the paperback 
edition (through Amazon).  The tools are not user friendly.  For 
example, if you just feed it the doc file you used for Kindle (which 
took it and created it's own format), it will choke and complain that 
you fed it the wrong format.

trying to make it at home, but has never found the seasoning (it may be the oil 
they use) to make identical popcorn at home.  Does anyone know where I could
