My sister is legally blind and she lives a distance away, so I use
Teamviewer to help whenever she has problems. She has Jaws as the
screenreader and has to update to the newest version to work with the
newest version of Thunderbird. Originally, she had hired an instructor
to help with email and he had created a keyboard shortcut for her to
open Thunderbird. Due to the update (long story), the keyboard shortcut
has vanished. I tried to remote in and create one but Teamviewer or
Win10 wouldn't let me edit the desktop shortcut. I can't seem to find
any reference to whether Teamviewer allows that or not or if there is
any setting to change for that. Anybody know Teamviewer well enough to
know?
