Thanks for the info. I do have a USB device malfunctioning, well, Win10 is telling me it's not identifying itself. That will be fun to find. Eh. I did flash the BIOS, then noticed I didn't flash the recent one. So I'm going to go through the flashing one more time. Then see if I can find out which USB device is malfunctioning. The BIOS has detected that something is setup wrong or is malfunctioning and it wants you make the correction. Sometimes just reshaving the BIOS will do the job and other times re-seating cards and cables will do it. My present system, based on an Asus ROG Maximus X Hero, had been booting fine with 'fast boot' for almost two years. Last week, fast boot would boot me directly to the UEFI BIOS and unless I selected 'Save and Reset', it would continue to boot right to BIOS. Of course, the solution was to switch off Fast Boot, but I was wondering if anyone knew what changed to cause fast boot not to work. Anyone know anything about this? Thanks...Steve
