Supposedly I have the pc suite installed, but all it does is check if my system is updated. Then I checked all the settings on the phone and can't find anything about USB mode. Thanks. most phones have a USB mode setting changing between file storage and picture sharing. The other thing to try is the Motorola's pc suite. Locked or unlocked doesn't seem to matter. I wonder if it's a driver problem, but according to Motorola, I'm up to date. Wasn't there some setting about the type of USB device? Yeah, tried that, still says 'Waiting: XT1254 is busy.' On 8/14/2016 11:26 AM, joeu...@chronic.org wrote: Have you rebooted/restarted? Regards, joeuser - Still looking for the 'any' key... [H] Phone File transfer under Win10
I have a Droid Turbo. Under Win7, I would save my images to my main computer and then also move them to the external SD storage. Since I've upgraded to Win10, while I can save my images to my computer, I can no longer transfer them to external SD storage. File explorer says the phone is busy and it's never un-busy.
