Supposedly I have the pc suite installed, but all it does is check if my 
system is updated.  Then I checked all the settings on the phone and 
can't find anything about USB mode.  Thanks.  It looks like it's time 
for more research

computer and then also move them to the external SD storage. Since I've
upgraded to Win10, while I can save my images to my computer, I can no
longer transfer them to external SD storage. File explorer says the
phone is busy and it's never un-busy.

Is anyone familiar with this kind of problem?

picture sharing.
The other thing to try is the Motorola's pc suite.
