Creating a new profile is easy enough. bring up the run window and type "outlook /manageprofiles" Then create a new profile and import all your stuff. You can also edit the profile settings from there, you might find there is more than one mail account setup, or it's trying to read a second mailbox that was shared with you. Good luck! Just left the job last week and had my access cut off. Np, I just switched my Hotmail/Outlook as my default account and copied over my Contacts and Calendar and everything is sync'ing fine to my iPhone X! BT, when I go into Outlook to remove the old work Exchange account, I get the error of "The primary account cannot be removed unless it is the only account in the profile.
