Listening to and Reading Holocaust Testimony
In Episode 7, NYPL's *Lyudmila Sholokhova* is joined by *Meri-Jane
Rochelson*, Professor Emerita at Florida International University, to
discuss the oral history of Dr. Rochelson's father, Eli G. Rochelson, part
of the American Jewish Committee's Oral History Collection at NYPL. They
will approach Dr. Eli Rochelson's interview as an essential primary source
documenting the horrors of the Holocaust experience and the strength of
spiritual resistance, and they will discuss how Holocaust survivors
adjusted to American life.
