Re: [HCP-Users] S900 PTN dense connectome zip file corrupt?
What ultimately worked was downloading/using p7zip instead of the default unzip. For some reason neither the unzip distributed with OSX 10.11 nor the version 6.0 I updated to worked, gave this error: error: End-of-centdir-64 signature not where expected (prepended bytes?) (attempting to process anyway) warning [HCP_S900_820_rfMRI_MSMAll_groupPCA_d4500ROW_zcorr.zip]: 29035277418 extra bytes at beginning or within zipfile (attempting to process anyway) skipping: HCP_S900_820_rfMRI_MSMAll_groupPCA_d4500ROW_zcorr.dconn.nii need PK compat. v4.5 (can do v2.1) Rest of the output is pasted below for completeness. [HCP-Users] S900 PTN dense connectome zip file corrupt?
I am having trouble unzipping the dense connectome zip file from the lastest S900 PTN release: https://db.humanconnectome.org/app/action/ChooseDownloadResources?project=HCP_Resources=GroupAvg= HCP_S900_820_rfMRI_MSMAll_groupPCA_d4500ROW_zcorr.zip If I double click the file (on my Mac), I get an "Unable to archive" error, if I try to unzip on the command line I get the following error: Archive: HCP_S900_820_rfMRI_MSMSulc_groupPCA_d4500ROW_zcorr.zip warning [HCP_S900_820_rfMRI_MSMSulc_groupPCA_d4500ROW_zcorr.zip]: 29035277463 extra bytes at beginning or within zipfile (attempting to process anyway) error [HCP_S900_820_rfMRI_MSMSulc_groupPCA_d4500ROW_zcorr.zip]: start of central directory not found; zipfile corrupt. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm able to access the files remotely in the workbench following the S900 tutorial but I'd like to get at the contents of the dense connectome directly.
