That isn't the correct way to do that. The file you want has already been provided: https://balsa.wustl.edu/file/show/r2PN wb_command -cifti-merge adds columns to the file (for example if you had two brain maps you wanted to combine into a single file and flip between map 1 and map 2). To add rows to a file you would use wb_command -cifti-merge-dense, with "dense" referring to the grayordinates direction. Best, Matt.
