[~vagarychen]Thanks for your review, as you say the FsVolumeImpl#addBlockPool 
gets called, this is where bqSlices get added to fsVolue. And 
FsVolumeImpl#getAllVolumesMap which  actually add ReplicaMap  entries to 
bqSlices.
