We can use some help to make sure the doc is up to date. For example,
HADOOP-14297 updates ec config keys after the changes brought in from
HADOOP-13665.
I quickly skimmed through all existing command line tools and almost all are
good except the command hadoop fs -appendToFile will require an update to
explicitly say "EC file does not support append() so this command doesn't
support EC files currently."
Of course, we still need a more comprehensive doc.
