## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
`ChunkUtils` calls `FileChannel#open(Path, OpenOption...)`. Vararg array
elements are then added to a new `HashSet` to be passed to
`FileChannel#open(Path, Set, FileAttribute...)`. We
can call the latter directly instead.
