Dear Histonet,

 

My name is Mari Yang and I am a doctorate student pursuing a degree in
Management and Organizational Leadership. I have the unique opportunity
to facilitate a study exploring the extent to which spiritual leadership
positively influences organizational commitment, productivity, life
satisfaction, and negatively influences burnout in the medical
laboratory. 

 

I invite all persons over the age of 18 who are currently working in a
medical laboratory in the US to participate. I am passionate about this
study because I believe the findings will add value to the medical
laboratory profession. Thank you for taking the time to participate.
