To all - I am working with NBF fixed paraffin embedded tissue and need to do IMF staining potentially using two different pH retrievals, that are all the same primary host species - I know that if I am doing bright field, I would retrieve, stain for primary 1 with DAB first and the sequentially retrieve and stain for primary 2 with a different chromogen...... any suggestions when working with fluorescence? Does the first reaction get removed from the retrieval for the second epitope; I am in new territory and could use some recommendations..... TIA. Amy
