 Thanks Hadi.
 Tapi maksud saya tentang org2 yg atas pagar ni ialah org2 yg mengaku Islam
 tapi bila diajak 'berperang'...mereka memberi pelbagai alasan utk tidak
 pergi. Kalau kita baca buku TGNA terjemahan Surah At-Taubah...mereka ini
 adalah org2 munafiq!!
 Pemanah2 yg engkar perintah Rasulullah saw bukannya 'org atas pagar'
tetapi
 atas sifat ketamakan mereka, mereka meninggalkan 'station' mereka utk
 merebut harta peninggalan tentera Quraisy yg melarikan diridan apa
 balasan dar Allah?  Mereka telah dikepung oleh pahlawan Quraisy pada masa
 itu iaitu Khalid Al-Walid. Ada yg mati dan ada yg melarikan diri. Dan
sebab
 insiden ini lah yg telah mengubah arah peperangan yg pada mulanya
 menampakkan kemenangan dipihak tentera Islam.
 Tetapi ada jugak orang2 atas pagar ni yang pegi perang bersama...tapi bila
 melihat sahaja
 kekuatan tentera Quraisy, sebelum bertempur, mereka sudahpun melarikan
diri!
 Manakala, melarikan diri dlm keadaan dikepong oleh tentera Quraisy
 sebenarnya adalah
 satu taktikal peperangan  membuktikan skill Rasulullah kerana pada masa
 itu, adalah
 tidak mungkin sesiapa boleh menyelamatkan diri dari kepongan tentera
 Quraisytetapi dibuktikan sebaliknya oleh Rasulullah saw dgn
pertolongan
 Allah swt.
 Tetapi selepas sahaja perang uhud inidapat dilihat secara jelas siapa
yg
 betul2 beriman  siapa yg 'atas pagar'. (source : Al-Raheeq Al-Makhtum)
 Dalam keadaan sekarang.kita pun boleh lihat ramai yang mengaku
 Islam.memang betul ramai yg beragama islam. Tapi, berapa ramai yg
 BERIMAN?
 Jugak ada berapa ramai yg mengaku 'neutral'..tidak berani menyatakan apa2
 pendapat tentang kezaliman  penindasan walaupun ianya berlaku depan mata?
 Alasannya ialah ianya SENSITIF!!!
 Kita fikirkan, okay?

  'orang atas pagar' adalah orang munafik, seperti yang

  mengambil contoh sahabat2 Nabi para pemanah yang
  melanggar perintah komandan mereka Jabir bin Abdullah?
  dalam perang Uhud sebagai orang atas pagar tidaklah
  tepat, malah bersalahan pula dengan fahaman aswj.
  sebabnya ahli Uhud adalah generasi terpilih, yang mana
  kesalahan mereka pun telah dimaafkan Allah.  setengah
  mereka pula sudah dijamin syurga. dan bukan hanya
  orang munafik sahaja yang melarikan diri dari perang
  Uhud, malah setengah sahabat seperti Uthman bin Affan,
  Saad bin Muadh pun lari sama. Saad bin Muadh al-Ansari
  lari dari medan Uhud, tapi syahid dalam peristiwa
  Khaibar. Begitulah adanya antara kisah tarbiyah
  generasi pertama Islam yang dibentuk oleh Rasulullah.
 
  Saya pula tidaklah memaksudkan atau menujukan kepada
  sesiapa. Cuma yang boleh kita sama2 ambil pelajaran
  adalah dari kisah2 yang sedang dan telah berlalu.
  Kalau di bumi Chechnya contohnya, orang2 atas pagar
  boleh jadi dapat dipujuk atau dipaksa oleh orang2
  munafik yang terdiri dari para penyokong Mufti Qadirov
  supaya memberi maklumat tentang kegiatan mujahidin
  atau memusuhi mereka. kalau di Philipina pula, orang
  atas pagar apabila diberi habuan akan menyertai
  militia dan tentera kafir Philipine memerangi MILF
  contohnya, walaupun sebagian kecil dari kalangan
  tentera dan polis kerajaan Philipina pula menyebelahi

jadi rancak, saya tiba-tiba terasa nak menambah juga.
Saya rasa dalam keadaan ekonomi yang melarat masa
sekarang ni, kita pun kenalah faham juga keadaan
sesetengah saudara kita, kerja zaman ni bukan le
senang nak dapat, jadi kalau dah dapat tu, kadang2
susah nak lepaskan. Kecualilah kalau dalam kes saudara
Akhmar kita, memang nak jadi polis cita-cita dia sejak

Menyentuh tentang 'orang atas pagar' ni, saya pun
teringat semasa membaca Tafsir Ibnu Kathir dalam
menghuraikan surat An-Nisa ayat 97-99. Marilah kita
sama-sama baca dan renungkan:
An-Nisa [97-99] "[97] Sesungguhnya orang-orang yang diambil nyawanya
oleh malaikat semasa mereka sedang menganiaya diri
sendiri (kerana enggan berhijrah untuk membela Islam
dan rela ditindas oleh kaum kafir musyrik), mereka
ditanya oleh malaikat dengan berkata: Apakah yang kamu
telah lakukan mengenai agama kamu? Mereka menjawab:
Kami dahulu adalah orang-orang yang tertindas di bumi.
Malaikat bertanya lagi: Tidakkah bumi Allah itu luas,
yang membolehkan kamu berhijrah dengan bebas padanya?
Maka orang-orang yang sedemikian itu keadaannya,
tempat akhir mereka ialah Neraka Jahannam dan Neraka
Jahannam itu adalah seburuk-buruk tempat kembali.
[98] Kecuali orang-orang yang lemah (lagi uzur)
dari kaum lelaki dan perempuan serta kanak-kanak,
yang tidak berdaya upaya mencari helah (untuk
melepaskan diri) dan tidak pula mengetahui sesuatu
jalan (untuk berhijrah).
[99] Maka mereka (yang demikian sifatnya),
mudah-mudahan Allah maafkan mereka dan (ingatlah),
Allah Maha Pemaaf, lagi Maha Pengampun.
menurut Ibnu Kathir, sebab turun ayat diatas adalah
selepas tamatnya perang Badar, dimana beberapa sahabat
turut merasa bersedih kerana mendapati beberapa orang
Islam dari Mekah adalah diantar 70 orang yang
terbunuh dikalangan tentera2 Abu Jahal. Mereka
tidak pergi berhijrah bersama-sama kelompok orang2
Islam, lalu mereka dipaksa atau merelakan diri
pergi bersama-sama tentera Quraish ke Badar lalu
mereka pun terbunuh oleh pedang2 orang Islam.

Saya kira ini adalah isu yang relevan untuk 'orang
atas pagar'. Ulama2 Islam dari zaman salaf sampai
sekarang termasuk Ibnu Taimiyah dan Ibnu Qudamah
menyatakan bahwa 'apabila bertembungnya pasukan bathil
dengan pasukan Islam, boleh menyerang dan membunuh
pasukan bathil sekalipun anggota2nya muslim.
kalau nak dilanjutkan lagi perbahasan memang boleh,
tapi tujuan saya cuma nak menyampaikan... terpulanglah
kepada semua nak terima atau tidak, sebab kita semua
akan dipersoalkan tanggung-jawab masing2 di depan
Allah nanti.

mereka. Banyak cara lain lagi seperti memberi
penerangan melalui ceramah, risalah, akhbar, VCD
dllsemua ini telah disekat oleh kerajaan
dengan alasan menggugat keselamatan
negara.atau lebih tepat lagi menggugat
BN. Cara2 lain adalah seperti solat hajat
berjemaah, group discussion melalui internet

Assalamu alaikum semua.

Memang selama ini pun pihak Kristian sentiasa
mempunyai agenda memperluaskan fahaman mereka. Cuma
kita yang tiada agenda.Mungkin kalau adapun, agenda
kita hanyalah untuk melemahkan(defuse)
gerakan(harakah) Islam!.

Sedikit demi sedikit mereka menyusup masuk
memperluaskan jajahan  takluk mereka. Melalui
internet chat pun mereka boleh berdakwah..sekurang
sebagai muqaddimah. Aisyah Bokhari juga satu contoh
pengembangan sayap mereka melewati bangsa cina dan
India, target tradisi yang lebih mudah mereka dakwahi.

Di Indonesia, saya perhatikan syarikat luar negeri
banyak mengambil pekerja tempatan dari kalangan
Kristen untuk jawatan-jawatan baik. Ini juga sebagai
usaha dakwah mereka.

Sekira kita terus menerus berusaha melemahkan Islam
kemungkinan kita berakhir sebagai Bosnia dimana
tinggal nama dan minat saja kepada Islam; mereka hanya
menjadi half Moslem(muslim tak berapa muslim?).

Sebagai cabaran minda : Adakah half moslem lebih
baik dari seorang kristen??. Kita mungkin pernah
dengar ungkapan,  a half truth is often a lie(separa
benar itu selalunya bohong). Bolehkah kita kata a
half moslem is more often than not a
hypocrite(munafik)?...Allahu a'lam.

Kepada orang Islam yang giat berusaha
melemahkan(undermining) Islam, secara halus maupun
kasar, direct or indirect..hindarilah dari menjadikan
Moslem di Malaysia half-moslem.

Orang atas pagar yg dimaksudkan ini adalah mereka2 yg mengaku beragama Islam
tetapi apabila diajak pergi berperang oleh Rasulullah saw, mereka memberikan
pelbagai excuse utk tidak berserta. Ada pulak sesetengah mereka ini pula
cuba menghasut agar rakan2 mereka juga tidak menyertai tentera Islam.
Mereka ini pulak yg dianggap munafiq.

Dalam situasi sekarang, kalau nak relate, terdapat sesetengah so-called 'org
islam' yg bukan sahaja tidak turut serta menentang pemerintah yg
zalimpulak tu mengutuk, menghina, memperlekehkanulamak,
sunnahdan ada pulak kutu2 yg berani mengatakan bahawa undang2 yg ada
sekarang sudah cukup islam  tak perlu diganti dgn hukum hudud , AlQuran
perlu ditafsir semula supaya bersesuaian dgn zaman dll.
Bahkan kebanyakkan tindakan mereka ini seolah2 menentang perjuangan Islam.

Atas pagar?yes!! Munafiq? Allahu a'lam,

W'kum Salam,

Berpandukan kpd trajedi yg menimpa keluarga tukang kasut tersebut, ada 
beberapa kemungkinan yg boleh menyebabkan anak-anaknya mati. Kita mesti 
faham bagaimana sistem penghawa dingin berfungsi. Ia merupakan satu closed 
loop system dimana gas freon yg mengalir didalam tubing/piping system (biasa 
nya copper tubing) menghasilkan angin sejuk melalui evaporator (cooling 
coil) (ini cuma penerangan paling rengkas)

Faktor-faktor yg boleh menyebabkan mangsa terhidu gas beracun adalah spt 
berikut :

1. Kemungkinan semasa enjin kereta masih hidup dgn air-cond nya ON, samada 
satu atau keempat-empat cermin pintu terbuka sedikit menyebabkan asap 
exhaust yg berkisar disekelilingnya dapat meresap masuk kedlm ruang dalam 
kereta yg menyebabkan mangsa2 terhidu gas beracun ini tanpa disedari. 
Mungkin semua mangsa sedang tidur !

2. Kemungkinan semasa enjin kereta dan air-cond system berfungsi, 
keempat-empat cermin kereta tertutup rapat, tetapi, air-cond louver 
(didashboard kereta) diswitchkan ke mode fresh-air dimana udara luar 
boleh masuk melalui louver ini. Dgn mode ini, asap exhaust yg berkisar 
disekeliling kereta boleh menyusup masuk kedalam ruang driver/penumpang, 
lantas dihidu tanpa disedari oleh mangsa2.

3. Kemungkinan berlaku kebocoran kpd tubing di bahg evaporator (cooling 
coil) yg mengalirkan gas freon dimana gas ini dialirkan keruang 
driver/penumpang melalui cooling-fan. Kemungkinan ini agak remote kerana 
jika keadaan ini berlaku (kebocoran kpd tubing), pressure-switch (sekiranya 
berfungsi) akan mematikan air-cond compressor disebabkan oleh tekanan gas 
freon yg rendah.

Sepertimana yg saya katakan, 3 faktor diatas boleh menyumbang kpd trajedi 
tersebut. Ini hanya kemungkinan. Penyiasatan masih dijalankan dan belum 
dirumuskan lagi.

Saya rasa kaedah pencegahan yg perlu diambil ialah pastikan senario diatas 
tidak diamalkan dan harus dielakkan sekiranya kita terpaksa keluar dari 
kereta dan meninggalkan isteri dan anak-anak didalam kereta utk jangka masa 
yg lama. Ingat, isteri dan anak-anak adalah jahil utk mengetahui tentang 
selok-belok fungsi enjin kereta dan penghawa dingin. Kecualilah jika isteri 
anda seorg engineer yg mengetahui tentang principal operation of an Air-Cond 
system.

Mungkin para netters yg lain mempunyai pendapat yg berbeza?  I'm a good

country, they will be arrested. Why is it a matter of
concern that they are arrested in Afghanistan? Have

law in a foreign country, is one not creating
'difficulties' for oneself?

 

The message was the United States would not take
lightly any harm that would come to an American

Even if that American citizen was found with evidence
breaking the law of another country? Do American
citizens enjoy universal diplomatic immunity around
the World? Surely, if the United States was really
concerned about 'harm' coming to American citizens, it
would have retaliated against Israel when it launched

the USS Liberty, during the Six Day War of 1967,

Taliban militia, but continues unofficial contact with

Goettingen, Germany said the Taliban were threatening
all aid to the war-torn country.

With the attack on domestic and international helpers
the Taliban are endangering the delivery of urgently
needed aid deliveries from abroad and cold bloodedly
putting their citizens lives at risk. Aid
organizations could now withdraw altogether from
Afghanistan over concern about their workers. he

Crystal-clear proof that all aid that the West is
providing to Afghanistan is purely for political and
propaganda purposes and has nothing to do with
humanitarian concerns. A threat to withdraw aid from
Afghanistan if the Taliban do not allow Christian
fundamentalists to openly preach Christianity in

safely and fairly and to let us see after their

People walk away from the World Trade Center as ash rains down.

NEW YORK (CNN) -- Terrorists struck the United States Tuesday morning in harrowing, widespread attacks that included at least three commerciaal jet crashes into significant buildings.
In the first attack, a plane hit the north tower of the World Trade Center in Manhattan shortly before 9 a.m., followed by another plane into the second tower about 20 minutes later. Both towers later collapsed.
American Airlines Boeing 767 that had been hijacked after take-off from Boston. American Airlines told CNN that it lost two planes in "tragic accidents," one leaving Boston with 81 passengers and 11 crew aboard, and the second leaving Washington Dulles airport with 58 passengers and six crew aboard. Both planes were en route to Los Angeles
About an hour later, a plane crashed into the Pentagon in Washington, part of which later collapsed.
Sources say a second plane was heading toward the Pentagon; F-16 jets were in the air monitoring it.
The Pentagon, the White House, the State Department, the Justice Department, the Capitol, the CIA and all other government buildings in Washington evacuated.
In the first ever national ground stop of aircraft, all flights nationwide have been stopped at their departure airports.
All international flights were diverted to Canada.
Israel has evacuated all its missions around the world.
President Bush cancelled an appearance in Florida to return to Washington, calling the crashes "apparent terrorist attacks" and "a national tragedy."
In Chicago, the Sears Tower was evacuated; United Nations in New York evacuated.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta was evacuated.
The New York Port Authority said it had closed all bridges and tunnels into the city.
New York's Bellevue Hospital was designated command central for handling the catastrophe. Several hospitals have already reported receiving victims with burns and head injuries.
Large plane crashed 80 miles south of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, but it was unknown if this crash was connected to terrorist attacks.
U.S. stock markets were closed after the New York attacks.

CIA sources confirm Masud's death

WASHINGTON, Sept. 11 (UPI) -- The death of Ahmad Shah
Masud, commander of the resistance to the Taliban
regime in Afghanistan, has been confirmed by CIA
agents operating in the region, according to U.S.
intelligence sources Tuesday morning.

Masud was attacked by suicide bombers posing as
journalists Sunday afternoon at his quarters in the
northern province of Takhar. He died either shortly
after arrival at hospital in Tajikistan or en route in
a helicopter, the sources said.

A senior colleague of Masud, Gen. Qasim Fahim, has
been named to succeed as military commander of the
alliance forces, according to the BBC, citing reliable
sources.

Other sources familiar within the situation in the
alliance told United Press International they expected
that other men would be named to take over political
and other responsibilities Masud handled. There is
simply no one person who can do everything that Masud
did, the sources said.

The death of the charismatic Lion of the Panshir,
analysts said, is a heavy, possibly mortal blow to the
resistance to the Taliban's takeover over of the
roughly 10 percent of Afghanistan not already under
its rule.

At first denying Masud had died, alliance officials
only publicly admitted the loss after the naming of
Fahim as top commander assured at least temporary
control of the situation.

Many previous attempts had been made to kill Masud,
starting in the days of his resistance to the Russian
occupation of Afghanistan during the 1980s. The
suicide bombers who succeeded on Sunday carried out a
highly sophisticated operation in which they left
Kabul, crossed the frontlines between Taliban and
alliance forces, and then met a series of high ranking
alliance officials before being taken to see Masud.
They brought a video camera to the interview that
contained the bomb that killed Masud, an aide and
themselves.

The alliance has laid responsibility for the
assassination on the renegade Saudi Islamist
millionaire, Osama bin Laden, and the Taliban's
intelligence service. This, analysts said, raised the
question of the possible involvement of Pakistan's
Interservice Intelligence directorate, a strong and
active supporter of the Taliban.

As for bin Laden, he has had sanctuary in Afghanistan
since 1996, the year the Taliban captured Kabul and
set up a government there. He has developed close
relations with the Taliban supreme leader, Mullah
Muhammad Omar, who bin Laden has been recorded, as
saying is the rightful spiritual leader of the Muslim
world and that Afghanistan has become a model Islamic
state.

U.S. policy on Afghanistan at first favored the
Taliban until its harsh treatment of women led to a
change. This, analysts say, was a major factoring in
causing the Clinton administration to change policy.

Following the bombing of U.S. embassies in Africa in
1998, laid by Western intelligence at bin Laden's
door, President Clinton ordered rocket attacks on the
Islamic extremists bases in Afghanistan, promoted U.N.
sanctions on the Taliban and offered a $5 million
reward for information leading to his arrest. All to
no avail.

The loss of Masud, the analysts say, threatens to
demoralize the guerrillas currently engaged in
repelling the Taliban while encouraging the Kabul
regime to launch fresh offensives before the
approaching end of the annual fighting season. Despite
the appointment of Fahim, a bloody scramble for power
among rival National Alliance commanders is also to be
feared.

Masud became known as the Lion of the Panjshir for his
heroic resistance to the Russian forces that occupied
Afghanistan for ten years, beginning in December 1979.
They were never able to overcome him in his stronghold
in the Panjshir Valley while he continued to inflict
losses on them.

Following the Russian withdrawal in 1989, power lay in
the hands of the mujahedin commanders who had driven
out the Russians with U.S. aid. These warlords set
about fighting among themselves and oppressing the
people living in the areas they controlled. Masud, for
a period the strongest figure in the government in
Kabul, was unable to restore order. The way was thus
open for the Taliban who were initially welcomed
nearly everywhere they advanced for bringing peace and
an end of the warlords' depredations.

The Northern Alliance is a loose confederation of
commanders exercising a high degree of independence.

control Afghanistan never ends

ISLAMABAD, Sept 11 (Reuters) - It has been one of the
world's poorest areas for centuries, an arid,
mountainous land with a dearth of natural resources
and a climate that swings from baking heat to subzero
winters. But, just as the British and Russians in the
nineteenth century played out their Great Game for
control, a new group of countries are vying for
influence in Afghanistan. The same accidents of
geography that contribute to their poverty have placed
Afghans at the crossroads of Central Asia. 

In the new version of the Great Game, outside forces
have lined up on opposite sides in the campaign by the
hardline Islamic Taliban movement to win total
control. 

The Sunday attack on key opposition leader Ahmad Shah
Masood, which appears to have left him seriously
wounded -- some say dead -- must have pleased those
outside forces backing the Taliban and alarmed those
trying to halt them. 

One of the key factors in the Afghan issue is
everyone wants to get in the kitchen yet everyone
should stay out, said S. Frederick Starr of the Johns
Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies in
Washington. 

If there's anything that we should've learned from
the last two centuries it is that outsiders screwing
around in Afghan politics always come out badly, said
Starr, who is chairman of the school's Central
Asia-Caucasus Institute. 

Despite Pakistan's continual denial of a role in the
fighting -- unlike the 1980s when it was openly the
base for attacks on the Soviet-backed regime in Kabul
-- it finds few believers. 

The Taliban sprang from religious schools in Pakistan
near the Afghan border and, with almost no military
experience, swept from obscurity to their 1996 capture
of the capital in only two years. 

They are there and they are a reality. Since we have
common borders with them we cannot have any other
policy than engaging with whoever is in charge in
Afghanistan, Pakistani military leader General Pervez
Musharraf justified his country's backing during an
interview in July. 

Beyond Pakistan, the Taliban have few friends. Saudi
Arabia and United Arab Emirates are the only other
countries to recognise the Taliban as the legal
government, but they have not joined Pakistan in
maintaining embassies in Kabul. 

Turkmenistan, which still dreams of exporting its vast
natural gas reserves to the teeming subcontinent via a
pipeline across Afghanistan, has been the only Central
Asian neighbour to keep firmly neutral in the civil
war. 

ARAB MONEY 

But the Taliban have private supporters who may have
deep pockets similar to Osama bin Laden, the
multi-millionaire Saudi militant who the Taliban
refuse to turn over to face charges of blowing up two
U.S. embassies. 

This year the United Nations has reported a marked
increase in the number of Arabs in the capital, often
taking residences in the best areas. Links to the Gulf
are underlined by the decision of Qatar's Al Jazeera
television, with Taliban blessing, to open a bureau
with their own transmission facilities in Afghanistan.


On the opposite side, the Northern Alliance -- which
is united mainly by antipathy to the Taliban -- is
backed financially and militarily by several
countries. 

Shi'ite Iran threatened to mass troops on the border
in one confrontation with the Taliban, who regard
their particular Sunni brand of Islam as the only
legitimate religion. 

Tajikistan and Uzbekistan both fear the export of
Taliban radicalism. That is also a fear for China,
which has tried to suppress unrest in its remote
western regions which touch Afghanistan. 

Russian not only wants to keep Taliban ideas out of
their former empire in Central Asia, but is angered
that Chechen rebels battling their continued rule in
Chechnya are being trained inside Afghanistan. 

India, which is joining Russia, Iran, Turkmenistan and
Uzbekistan at a meeting expected soon in the Tajik
capital, is likely most interested in diverting
Pakistan from their conflict over Kashmir to the
protracted struggle in Afghanistan. 

U.S. INTERESTS 

The United States may have a more complicated agenda.
It sees opportunities in Central Asia, with vast oil
and gas deposits, and a longer-term rival is not the
Taliban but the old colonial power in the Kremlin. 

In the mid-1990s, even as the Taliban expanded, a U.S.
company explored the idea of building a pipeline
across Afghanistan. The U.S. commercial need for a
stable government controlling Afghanistan mirrored
Pakistan's interest in securing a safe trade route

NEW YORK, Sept 11 (AFP) - 
A third building in New York's World Trade Center collapsed late 
Tuesday, about seven hours after the complex's twin towers were destroyed in an 
apparent double suicide attack by two passengers planes.
The 47-storey building, number seven in the Center, was seen on 
CNN television collapsing in a cloud of dust.
The building had been on fire for several hours and the entire 
surrounding area had been declared off-limits, even to rescue workers, because 
of the threat of collapse.

menyifatkan kenyataan Menteri di Jabatan Perdana Menteri, Datuk Abdul Hamid 
Zainal Abidin bahawa masalah Tabung Haji tidak seteruk seperti dilaporkan 
bercanggah dengan penjelasannya kepada pergerakan itu.Mereka juga kesal 
apabila Abdul Hamid menyatakan Badan Pencegah Rasuah (BPR) tidak perlu menyiasat 
masalah Tabung Haji.Pengerusi Biro Pembinaan dan Pembelaan Masyarakat 
pergerakan itu, Ismail Sabri Yaakob, berkata dalam penerangan kepada Pemuda 
Umno, Abdul Hamid menjelaskan secara terperinci masalah dan kesilapan Tabung 
Haji, terutama dalam aspek pelaburan.Penjelasan itu diadakan dalam 
pertemuan wakil Pemuda Umno dengan Abdul Hamid selama lebih sejam sebelum 
menteri itu mengadakan sidang akhbarnya di Pusat Islam, semalam.Pada 
pertemuan itu, beliau mendedahkan banyak penyelewengan berlaku 
dalam Tabung Haji, termasuk mengenai pelaburan di Indonesia dan pembelian tanah 
di Negeri Sembilan.Dari segi pengamatan Pemuda, kami dapat merasakan 
beliau menganggap masalah itu sebagai sesuatu yang besar dan beliau juga 
bersetuju membersihkan nama baik Tabung Haji. Oleh itu, Pemuda turut 
memberi jaminan menyokong Tabung Haji dalam usaha itu. Bagaimanapun, 
saya terkejut apabila dalam sidang akhbar, dia mengatakan masalah itu tidak 
teruk. Ini seolah-olah dia ingin melindungi sesuatu, katanya 
kepada Berita Harian, hari ini.Pemuda Umno mengadakan pertemuan itu bagi 
menyerahkan memorandum mendesak Tabung Haji menilai semula tambang haji dan 
menyegerakan tindakan undang-undang ke atas pihak bertanggungjawab atas 
kehilangan lebih RM9 juta daripada akaun pendeposit agensi itu.Akhbar 
hari ini melaporkan penjelasan Abdul Hamid mengenai beberapa isu membabitkan 
Tabung Haji, termasuk kehilangan wang daripada akuan pendepositnya dan terbaru, 
kelewatan pembentangan Laporan Tahunan 1999.Pada sidang akhbar itu, 
Abdul Hamid dipetik sebagai berkata:Saya akui ada kelemahan tapi nak 
kata teruk sangat, tak sampai ke situ. Saya sudah umumkan penubuhan panel 
pelaburan baru dan dalam beberapa hari lagi, kita akan umumkan pelantikan 
anggota panel profesional yang boleh membantu Tabung Haji membuat pelaburan 
lebih baik. Ismail berkata, Pemuda Umno bukan menuduh Abdul Hamid 
berbohong, tetapi mahu beliau bersikap lebih telus supaya masyarakat khususnya 
pendeposit Tabung Haji tidak bimbang dengan simpanan mereka.Kami juga 
kesal keputusan Abdul Hamid yang tidak mahu BPR menyiasat masalah dalaman Tabung 
Haji kerana memberi alasan ia sudah diserahkan kepada Jabatan Audit 
Negara.Dalam perbincangan kami, dia mengatakan Tabung Haji sedia 
bersikap terbuka untuk memberi mana-mana badan berkuasa menyiasat penyelewengan

Setelah sekian lama rakyat US mengimpikan negara mrk
diserang oleh kuasa2 asing dan juga alien maka semalam
Allah memperkenankan impian mrk. Bangunan World Trade
Centre telah diserang dgn menggunakan kapal terbang yg
tak bersenjata. Jika dilihat dilayar Tv seolah2 satu
lagi filem propaganda US sedang dlm perbikinan. Tapi
hakikatnya ianya merupakan satu realiti yg terlalu
pahit utk ditelan oleh Presiden Bush lalu tanpa segan
silu terus menunding jari kpd Osama dan Hamas sbg
empunya angkara...sedangkan mrk sendiri tak henti2
menyembelih umat Islam di Palestin dan Iraq setiap
hari. Kemana pergi hero2 pujaan mrk skrg ? Mungkinkah
Rambo sedang bercuti ataupun Superman sedang mogok?
Mungkin ada hikmahnya tapi yg pasti modal ini akn
digunakan sepenuhnya oleh pembenci2 Islam di Malaysia

Assalamulaikum,
Hari ini Amerika telah merasai bahang panas akibat suka sangat masuk campur hal urusan negara lain, menyokong regim yahudi Israel, membiarkan rakyat palestine di bunuh dengan kejam, membiarkan rakyat afganistan dan Iraq kebuluran , menjanamkan Iraq dan berbagai lagi. Negara Amerika mempunyai rangkaian sistem pertahanan yang begitu canggih, saperti perisai di seluruh sempadan negaranya, mempunyai peluru berpandu patriot yang telah di ubah suai dengan ketepatan sasaran yang tepat untuk memusnah peluru berpandu musuh. 
Amerika juga suka mengintai pergerakannegara -negara lain dalam dunia dengan kapal terbang dan satelitte pengintipnya , dimana baru-baru ini telah terbukti di Cinakapal terbang pengintipnya dipaksa mendarat ,apabila dipintas oleih jet pejuang Cina. Perkara yang sama juga berlaku di Russia , tetapi pihak Russia menafikan kerana hendak menjaga hati Amerika. Yang jelasnya kapal terbang pengintip itu tidak lagi kebal. Dapat dikesan.
Akibat serangan berani mati pihak yang belum di kenalpasti, menara trade centre nya telah musnah, runtuh kebumi.  Ibu pejabat ketenteraan , (Pentagon) musnah sama sekali. Amerika tidak menyangka bahawa perkara begini boleh berlaku, mereka sibok menjaga ruang udara akan serangan peluru berpandu musuh tetapi yang datang merempuh mereka, adalah kapal terbang boeing mereka sendiri. 
setakat ini 800 orang telah dikenal pasti mati. 
Apakah ini akan meyedarkan Amerika, Polis dunia.Hanya Allah sahaja yang mengetahui...

Telah tiba masanya umat islam tidak lagi berpeluk tubuh. Tumpukan ibadah
kehadzrat Ilahi, mencari murshid madah maani yang hakiki. Zaman mula
berakhir, Kafir Amerika tidak akan berdiam diri, Islam akan menjadi serangan
haqiqi.

Buat masa ini siapa yang bertanggung jawab sukar dicari, Amerika terlalu
banyak musuh termasuk rakyatnya sendiri. Marilah kita kita sama2 berdoa agar
Allah memberikan kekuatan kepada kita agar semua ini dapat kita atasi dengan

  Orang atas pagar yg dimaksudkan ini adalah mereka2 yg mengaku beragama
 Islam
  tetapi apabila diajak pergi berperang oleh Rasulullah saw, mereka
 memberikan
  pelbagai excuse utk tidak berserta. Ada pulak sesetengah mereka ini pula
  cuba menghasut agar rakan2 mereka juga tidak menyertai tentera Islam.
  Mereka ini pulak yg dianggap munafiq.
 
  Dalam situasi sekarang, kalau nak relate, terdapat sesetengah so-called
 'org
  islam' yg bukan sahaja tidak turut serta menentang pemerintah yg
  zalimpulak tu mengutuk, menghina, memperlekehkanulamak,
  sunnahdan ada pulak kutu2 yg berani mengatakan bahawa undang2 yg ada
  sekarang sudah cukup islam  tak perlu diganti dgn hukum hudud , AlQuran
  perlu ditafsir semula supaya bersesuaian dgn zaman dll.
  Bahkan kebanyakkan tindakan mereka ini seolah2 menentang perjuangan
Islam.

Sambungan pengajian Qanun Jinayah Syar`iyah dibawah perkara 31

Perkara 31 : Qarinah yang boleh diambil kira untuk mensabitkan zina.
i) Qarinah yang boleh diambil kira untuk mensabitkan seseorang perempuan itu berzina ialah dengan hamil (mengandung) bagi perempuan-perempuan yang tidak mempunyai suami, atau perempuan-perempuan yang tidak diketahui bersuami.

[ Qarinah dalam istilah undang-undang pada hari ini ialah circumstantial evident ataupun keterangan keadaan. Diantara contoh keterangan keadaan yang diguna-pakai di dalam undang-undang negara kita pada hari ini ialah seperti dalam satu kes pembunuhan (misalnya). Yang mana tiba-tiba sebilah pisau yang berlumuran dengan darah telah dijumpai. Maka pisau yang berlumuran dengan darah itu adalah keterangan keadaan. Ataupun katalah dalam kes liwat, lalu dijumpai kesan air mani di dubur mangsa. Maka air mani itu adalah keterangan keadaan dalam kes tersebut.
Manakala di dalam hukum syara` pula, kalau kita tengok dalam kes yang membabitkan zina; sebahagian ulama` berpendapat bahwa ia boleh menggunakan qarinah. Tetapi hanya satu sahaja keadaan yang boleh menggunakan qarinah; iaitulah mengandung di luar nikah. Perempuan yang macam ni dikira sebagai bersalah kerana dia bersetubuh tanpa pernikahan yang sah, maka wajib dia dikenakan hukuman hudud.

Tuan-tuan tau ka perkataan hudud pada hari ini, bukan boleh kita sebut sewenang-wenangnya?... Sebab ada orang yang terlalu phobia dengan perkataan-perkataan seperti ini. Teruknya phobia mereka itu sehinggakan sampai ke tahap diarahnya tukar istilah-istilah sebegini yang ada dalam syllabus matapelajaran ugama sekolah-sekolah...Sebab apa berlaku sebegitu teruk?...Sebab puak-puak sekular yang memerintah kata bahwa perkataan seperti hudud, rejam apa semua ni adalah ayat-ayat politik yang digunakan oleh pihak Pas...Nampak dak tuan-tuan; sampai ke situ perginya puak-puak ni. Dah takdak modai betoi dah depa ni...Ini membuatkan pihak kementerian pelajaran pun jadi dilemma tuan-tuan. Sebab apa kita kata macam tu?...Sebab istilah hudud, rejam, potong tangan apa semua ni; bukannya Pas saja suka-suka pi reka-reka...Tarak aih...Hang bukalah kitab mana pun, istilah-istilah macam ni telah pun digunakan oleh ulama-ulama muktabar sejak dulu lagi. Jadi, bila disuruh tukarnya istilah-istilah ini; tak ke dilemma tuan-tuan?...
Jadi, apa yang kita nak sebut disini sebenarnya ialah ini bukanlah masalah politik ke atau tak politik ke, sebab istilah-istilah ini sememangnya datang daripada Islam itu sendiri. Tetapi apa yang sebenarnya puak-puak ni takut ialah kalau diimplementkan hukuman-hukuman ini, maka diantara orang yang pertama sekali yang akan kena ialah mereka sendiri...Sapa yang kuat minum arak?...Function-function yang diselenggarakan oleh BN ka atau dalam muktamar Pas ka??...Budak-budak tak mengaji pun boleh jawab soalan ni...Kemudian kita tengok pulak, puak-puak mana yang suka dok pi berzina dengan pelacur di Haadyai; cuba bagitau sat?...Puak-puak yang dok pi masjid ka atau puak-puak umno karat ka??...Jadi, sebab itulah kita tengok bahwa puak-puak haprak ni, mereka tak mau hudud dilaksanakan. Sebab depa tau kalau hudud dilaksanakan, maka orang yang pertama yang akan kena adalah depa sendiri. Depa tau kalau hudud dilaksanakan, arak tak boleh dah depa minum sesuka hati. Kalau depa ditangkap dan didapati bersalah pasai minum arak, maka depa akan dimalukan kerana disebat dikhalayak ramai...Inilah cerita sebenarnya.
Oleh sebab inilah, maka kita nak buat teguran kepada setiap adun ataupun ahli-ahli Parlimen yang beragama Islam, tak kiralah dia parti apa pun, kalau dia seorang Islam yang beriman kepada ALLAH SWT maka dia berkewajipan untuk memberi sokongan kepada undang-undang Islam; tak kiralah samada hudud, qisos, diyat ataupun ta`zir. ]

ii) Termasuk dalam qarinah yang boleh disabitkan seseorang perempuan itu berzina ialah kehamilan perempuan-perempuan yang bersuamikan kanak-kanak yang belum baligh atau bersuamikan lelaki dewasa yang terpotong zakarnya.

[ Boleh diterima akal ke tidak; kalau kita tengok seorang isteri itu mengandung, padahal suaminya baru berumur 5 tahun?...Tak mungkin, betul tak tuan-tuan?...Sebab si suami yang berusia 5 tahun itu mana mungkin boleh menghasilkan air mani. Jadi, isteri yang mengandung sebegini, wajiblah dihukum dengan hukuman hudud sebab pasti dia bersetubuh dengan orang lain sehingga menyebabkan dia mengandung.
Kemudian kalau kita tengok ada seorang isteri mengandung, padahal kita tahu yang suaminya adalah seorang lelaki yang terpotong zakarnya; maka perlulah disiasat dulu samada si suami itu masih mampu mengeluarkan air mani lagi ataupun tidak. Sebab berkemungkinan isteri itu hamil disebabkan doktor menggunakan kaedah perubatan moden pada hari ini dengan mengambil air mani daripada si suami lalu bubuh dalam rahim si isteri. Kalau berlaku hal keadaan sebegini, maka ia terkecuali. Malah menjadi harus dalam hukum syara` bagi pasangan suami
