Ok that apparently was the problem, I re-arranged my calls to SizeToContents and it works fine. For that SetWrap, I moved it to unprotected in the vgui_controls lib, just 'cause i felt like doing it, and it doesn't seem to be causing problems, there didn't seem to be any other way to set the wrap, soooo... ;)
