Whoops.

Forgot a step there.
In between flashing the bios, and reimaging the OSwalking 1, and 0
format the hdd/ssd.

This all will wipe out everything that might be infecting your system. Make
sure to make backups weekly. And keep them off the network so they cannot
be compromised / corrupted.

These script kiddies with there ransomwares really do not know how it all
really works. They only know basic Computer Science.

[hlds] Leaked code....

2020-11-12 Thread Stealthmode Hu
This is reminiscent of the 2003 source code hack ( file downloaded
compromised the network through the email attached file ).

If anyone EVER gets ransomware. This is the four hour fix.

Isolate the machine from the network. Reflash the bios from usb, reimage
the OS, reinstall any third party software, and restore from seperate
backup a week before the infection.

You're welcome.

The other way is complicated. Involves capturing logic States, and some
encoding / decoding ( Applied Physics - Electronics Engineering ).
Binary, and Machine Assembly languages are involved at this level.

In case anyone gets hit.
