The client update is indeed live. You will probably have to try running the game before the conversion will start. Guys, this happens every time. Everyone (clients and servers) rush to get the latest update immediately. We all know it's going to happen, so why not just try to stagger your personal updates for maybe an hour or two+ after the update is released.
