I have mine set to give 100 damage to anyone who shoots another 4 seconds after buy time and it is funny as hell when you see one of those guys come in and try to tk everybody only to die themselves. Usually they are only able to do about 20 damage which still sucks but isn't bad. There are also settings to mirror damage to the ff offender after so many instances of shooting team mates. There is a great script someone wrote for Mattie's that will bring up a menu asking a rate offender to change their settings or leave. The only down side is the two big admin tools manny's and beetle's are becoming so bloated it takes longer to disable features than to turn on what you want. With Mattie's you just add what you want or write it yourself, it is a very nice and versatile tool. Hope that helps. I'd be surprised if Mani wouldn't add #2 to his plugin if it's possible to do. He's pretty accomodating.
