It is the end of the year fund raiser for HOT Microgrants, this is a critical program and another opportunity to directly support the work of local folks on the ground around the world using OSM and open source tools, but in a way that directly improves local capacity as well. Please find the time to make a contribution if you are able, any amount helps. https://donate.hotosm.org HOT Microgrants are a great program and I am happy to have helped bring Kate Chapman's and other's vision for them to life. But they can take a relatively long time to award and there is a project that is also trying to raise a microgrant type amount (USD $1250.00), but before the end of the year. Because of the process for HOT Microgants, they will not be able to help this person in time this year I do not think.
