I would guess:
a building under construction, with no roof yet.

It could be something slightly different, like a collapsed roof, or a
specific kind of building intended with no roof.

Anyway, building=yes would suffice for me, except for very specific
mapping tasks.

Hi Mike. I don’t know Swaziland very well but it doesn’t look like a
building to me. A livestock pen perhaps but it’s a bit far from anything
else and very small besides. Perhaps chicken houses? Or a waste pit?

Same for me.
3 small round structures, I do not see fences/walls.

Are you looking with a high zoom? It can be quite blurry and pixelated.
I personally find it easier to recognise the features from further
away and zoom in for tracing.

looking at the picture i would guess: not one building, but three round huts in a row next to each other at very close distance. 

A similar hut can be seen 50m SE.

Thanks for your input.

If there are three separate huts, they are connected by two north-south
running fences/walls. I am still of the opinion that it is the ruins of an
old building whose roof has collapsed.

I would tag it as building=construction.  These kinds of buildings are
seen commonly all over Africa (we see them in other countries as well
but everywhere in Africa I have mapped has had similar features to
these).  They are buildings which are not yet finished, the walls are
up but no roof on it so you are looking down into the rooms.

The shadows are the key things to look at.  You always want to start
by looking for some trees or something nearby and then looking at the
direction the shadows go and then look at the feature you are
wondering about.  In this example the shadows go almost directly south
(a bit to the west as well) and you can see that in addition to the
north/south lines on the edges there are 3 walls running east/west
which cast shadows.  The length of the shadows gives the height of the
walls.  All three are the same height and are around the same height
as a typical tree and comparable to the other buildings in the area.
