*Roles & Responsibilities:*
- Onsite support for workout
- Communicate with Business users to study & figure out *ASIS*/*TOBE
Business process*, including online system design & Business workflow
- Provide technical design team for high level design for *Apttus*
*application* and *interfaces*
- Participate in requirement grooming and sizing
- Liaison for development team & *Business* *team*
- Coordinate *end user training*
- Conduct *SIT & UAT*
- *UAT* onsite Support
- Proven ability to look at *SFA* processes from a strategic standpoint
and understand inter-relationships. Recommend to customer the appropriate
and
optimal use/configuration of *Sales Cloud* to their needs.
- Recommend business process productivity gain in their sales teams.
- Able to translate the customer requirement and gap analysis in to
comprehensive functional
